AAG 2016 Exhibition

“Asymmetry”, Erik and Martin Demaine, 2013.

The AAG 2016 Exhibition presents projects which provide insight into current developments within the field of architectural geometry. The exhibition showcases intriguing objects by keynotes Erik Demaine and Urs B. Roth as well as works by the Block Research Group (BRG), the Chair of Structural Design and Gramazio Kohler Research of ETH Zurich, by EPF Lausanne’s Laboratory for Timber Construction (IBOIS), and by the Chair of Structural Design of the Technical University of Munich. The presented works are proof of the great potentials of modern geometric computing for architectural applications.
